At the forefront of Kuwait’s real estate activity, the Ministry of Justice reported that 333 real estate contracts were traded in August, amounting to a total value of 287.1 million Kuwaiti dinars.
Private and Investment Real Estate Lead Transactions:
Private real estate topped the list with 217 properties valued at 88.2 million dinars.
Investment real estate followed closely with 95 properties worth 107.5 million dinars.
Commercial and Specialty Properties:
The commercial sector saw 15 properties traded, totaling 61 million dinars.
Two contracts were registered for craft properties worth 1.6 million dinars.
The warehouse sector had one contract worth 2.3 million dinars.
Two properties on the coastal strip were traded for 17 million dinars.

Ahmadi: 95 contracts (most active)
Hawalli: 71 contracts
Capital: 64 contracts
Mubarak Al-Kabeer: 42 contracts
Farwaniya: 34 contracts
Jahra: 35 contracts
