Ministry launches renewal of ration card on ‘Sahel’ App”
The Ministry of Commerce and Industry said that users who have a ration card and wish to renew it can access the ‘services’ menu within the Sahel application
Yousef Kazem, the official spokesperson for the unified government electronic services application ‘Sahel’, announced that the Ministry of Commerce and Industry has introduced the electronic service for renewing ration cards via the ‘Sahel’ government application.
Kazem stated that this service comes under direct directives from the Minister of Commerce and Industry, Abdullah Al-Joaan, emphasizing the need to expedite steps to facilitate procedures for services provided by the ministry, especially those related to citizens. This will enable such transactions to be implemented more quickly through the Sahel application.
Kazem explained that users who have a ration card and wish to renew it can access the ‘services’ menu within the Sahel application. From there, they should select the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, navigate to the ‘individual services’ section, choose ‘request to renew the ration card,’ and proceed with the transaction directly through the application.
