The General Directorate for Drug Control is headed by Brigadier General Mohammed Qabazard, with Brigadier Sheikh Hamad Al-Yousef serving as his assistant.
A security source said the results reflected the continued efforts of Ministry of Interior personnel, particularly the DGDC, to protect society from narcotics and psychotropic substances through field operations, intensive investigations and the monitoring of suspicious activities.
These efforts have contributed to identifying and arresting individuals involved in drug-related activities and referring cases to the competent judicial authorities.
