57.45 mln dinars Al-Zour refinery maintenance tender moves forward after CAPT nod
The Board of Directors of the Central Agency for Public Tenders (CAPT) has approved, by majority vote, allowing Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company (KIPIC) to proceed with an appraisal budget based on the lowest bid submitted for maintenance services at Al-Zour refinery, valued at 57.45 million dinars.
The decision concerns the reconsideration of the tender for maintenance services covering Al-Zour refinery and its facilities under Sector One. The lowest-priced bid that meets the tender’s terms, conditions and technical specifications will be considered.
CAPT has instructed KIPIC to submit its recommendation to the agency within 10 working days, paving the way for a decision on the proposed contract award.
