
The United Arab Emirates Ministry of Defense announced Sunday, that its air defenses intercepted two drones coming from Iran.
In a statement, the Ministry said that since the start of the Iranian attacks, its forces have dealt with 551 ballistic missiles, 29 cruise missiles, and 2,265 drones.
It added that no deaths, injuries, or casualties were recorded during the past few hours, noting that the total number of martyrs has reached two, in addition to one Moroccan civilian contractor working with the armed forces who was killed, while the total number of deaths has reached 10 civilians of various nationalities.
The Ministry also stated that the total number of injuries since the beginning of the Iranian attacks has reached 230 people of different nationalities.
It affirmed that it remains fully prepared and ready to respond to any threats and to firmly confront anything aimed at undermining the country’s security, ensuring the protection of its sovereignty, security, stability, national interests, and capabilities.
