Trump stresses readiness finish job in Iran if no deal signed

US President Donald Trump affirmed on Thursday his country’s military preparedness to finish the job in Iran if a good agreement for the US, the Middle East region and the whole world is not reached.

In remarks to reporters at the White House, Trump said they destroyed 75 percent of the targets inside Iran and defeated its army in less than six weeks.

He affirmed that he would not hesitate to end militarily the job and destroy the remaining percentage of the targets if Iranians do not accept an agreement.

Trump said that they are seeking an agreement with Iran, but they do not know who is in charge there. Iranians want a deal, but they are in complete chaos, he said, noting that he had given them a chance to end that chaos and reach a deal.

He pointed to the effectiveness of US blockade in straining Iran’s economy and disrupting its maritime trade through restrictions on its ports, reaffirming that he would not lift the blockade without a comprehensive agreement.
