South Umm Al-Ghara facilities shut for fire safety failures
An inspection campaign targeting buildings and facilities violating safety and fire prevention requirements, in the South Umm Al-Ghara area, was carried out, today, Tuesday.
This inspection was carried out by the General Fire Force, in cooperation with the Kuwait Municipality, the Ministry of Electricity, the Public Authority for Industry, and the Public Authority for the Environment.
The Fire Department stated in a press release that the campaign resulted in violations and the administrative closure of several facilities for failing to meet the requirements set by the General Fire Force and other authorities.
