Saudi Ambassador: Kingdom holds a great place in the hearts of Kuwaitis

Prince Sultan bin Saad emphasized the importance of communication in strengthening relations between peoples

The Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the country, Prince Sultan bin Saad, affirmed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia holds a great place in the hearts of Kuwaitis, countries in the region, and the entire world.

This statement was made during his reception of well-wishers for the holy month of Ramadan at the embassy headquarters in the Daiya area.

The event was attended by a number of sheikhs, ministers, dignitaries, Arab and foreign ambassadors, representatives of diplomatic missions, regional and international organizations, as well as citizens who came to offer congratulations and blessings for the holy month and to engage in friendly conversations.

The Saudi ambassador emphasized the importance of communication in strengthening relations between peoples. He noted that the embassy seeks to promote such communication on various occasions through its ‘diwaniya,’ particularly during the month of Ramadan.

He highlighted that the Diwaniya receives significant attention from ambassadors and other members of the diplomatic corps, facilitating exchanges of conversations and opinions on various social and political issues within the ambiance of the holy month of Ramadan. He praised the large number of attendees at the embassy’s Diwaniya, which indicates the Kingdom’s esteemed position in the hearts of Kuwaitis, countries in the region, and globally.

The Saudi ambassador also highlighted that Ramadan diwaniyas reflect Kuwaiti and Gulf customs and traditions. They provide a valuable opportunity to strengthen social ties and exchange views on various matters of common interest.

The attendees expressed their gratitude to the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for his warm welcome and generous hospitality. They extended their wishes for the holy month of Ramadan to bring goodness, prosperity, and blessings to everyone.
