PM chairs meeting, reviews progress of key infrastructure projects
His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah chaired a meeting of the Ministerial Committee for the Follow-up of Major Development Projects as part of the government’s efforts to monitor progress on vital national projects and accelerate their completion in line with approved schedules.
During the meeting, His Highness reviewed updates on several strategic projects, including completion rates and implementation timelines for their various phases, while emphasizing the importance of adhering to the highest standards of quality, efficiency and transparency in execution, in line with the vision of His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
The session was attended by a number of ministers and senior officials, including Minister of Public Works Noura Al-Mashaan, Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy Subaih Al-Mukhaizeem, Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, and Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment Abdulaziz Al-Marzouq, along with other senior government representatives involved in overseeing development initiatives.
