PAAET announces transfer window opens for training sector institutes
The Admission and Registration Deanship at the General Authority for Applied Education and Training has declared the commencement of the transfer process between institutes within the training sector, following the stipulated regulations and conditions.
This transfer window will remain open until Monday, February 5. Additionally, the Deanship announced the acceptance of applications for re-enrollment in training sector institutes from the 11th to the 28th of this month, adhering to the specified guidelines.
In a recently issued circular – copy obtained by Al-Jarida — the Deanship specified that the deadline for recording final grades is Sunday, Jan 14. The conclusion of end-of-term activities will be at one o’clock in the afternoon on the official working day, with a call for scientific departments to strictly adhere to the prescribed deadlines.
After the mentioned date, grades will not be recorded. Any delays in grading must be reported to the Deputy Director General for Applied Education and Research by the Dean of the College, along with the reasons for the delay.
Furthermore, the Deanship highlighted that the last day to request exam postponements is Thursday, the Jan 11, at college registration offices. On the 14th and 15th of this month, requests can be made at the General Registrar’s office in Adailiya. The period for submitting complaints has been extended until Monday, Jan 15.
