Iranian Foreign Minister stated that Tehran’s recent actions against Israel were carried out in self-defense, emphasizing that Iran has no intention of escalating the conflict unless it is compelled to do so.
He warned that Israel had “crossed a new red line” by targeting Iranian nuclear facilities, describing the move as a serious provocation, reports Al-Rai daily.
The minister further asserted that the Israeli strikes would not have occurred without what he described as a green light and backing from the United States.
