The Criminal Court has put behind bars a driver of a vehicle for 20 years with hard labor for the driver of a vehicle for deliberately colliding with the vehicle of a Gulf citizen and causing his death, and 15 years with hard labor for his companion and accomplice in the crime.
The incident dates back to December of last year, when two people were accused of stealing the victim’s vehicle when he stopped in front of a grocery store, and when he recovered it from them with the help of a family vehicle, they chased him on Subbiya Road and deliberately collided with his vehicle from behind, which led to the vehicle overturning and the victim’s death on the spot, reports Al-Anba daily.
