In a poignant display of fraternity and allegiance to the late Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness, popular Jordanian groups undertook a heartfelt initiative. To commemorate the passing of His Highness, may his soul rest in peace, they planted 100 trees, reflecting a deep sense of brotherhood and mourning.

This compassionate endeavor unfolded on Tuesday at Al Hussein Youth City in the heart of Amman, the capital of Jordan. The humanitarian initiative was orchestrated by the office of the International Islamic Charitable Organization in Jordan in collaboration with the Arab Society for the Conservation of Nature. Representatives from 12 charitable societies accredited by the Commission actively participated in this meaningful event, reports Al-Rai daily.

Participants in this act of loyalty fondly recalled the late Amir’s humanitarian and national contributions. They expressed sincere hopes that, in accordance with God’s will, the Almighty would shower His mercy upon the departed and honor his dedication to strengthening cooperative ties with Jordan. Their collective prayer extended to the Arab and Islamic nations, seeking God’s mercy and envisioning His spacious paradise as the final abode for the late Amir.
