Mubarak Al-Kabeer pushes road network upgrade in high-level talks with MPW
In the framework of efforts to enhance infrastructure efficiency and support development projects, the Governor of Mubarak Al-Kabeer and Acting Governor of Hawalli, Sheikh Sabah Bader Al-Salem Al-Sabah, received the Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Public Works, Eid Al-Rashidi, at the Governorate headquarters to discuss the development of the road network and improvement of public services.
The meeting focused on ongoing and proposed infrastructure projects, particularly plans to upgrade roads in Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate to improve traffic flow and enhance quality of life. Officials also reviewed maintenance programs and stressed the importance of prioritizing projects to ensure timely implementation and address existing infrastructure challenges.
Both sides emphasized the need for stronger coordination between government entities to remove obstacles that may delay execution, ensuring that development plans are carried out on schedule and to high technical standards.
Sheikh Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah praised the efforts of the Ministry of Public Works, highlighting the role of its leadership and staff in accelerating development projects and overcoming operational challenges, which ultimately contributes to improving public services across Kuwait.
