MOI denies social media claims of 45-vehicle donation
Ministry says reports of foreign vehicle grant for border security are completely baseless
The Ministry of Interior has dismissed reports circulating on social media claiming that it had received a donation of 45 vehicles from a foreign country to support border security and Coast Guard operations.
In an official statement, the ministry described the reports as “completely false,” stressing that no such donation had been received.
The ministry said the information being shared online was inaccurate and urged the public not to rely on unverified reports circulating on social media platforms.
It reaffirmed that the Ministry of Interior has not received any vehicles or related assistance from any country for border security or Coast Guard purposes, contrary to the claims being circulated.
