Ministry of Education revamps high school records for twelfth graders
The process includes withdrawing lists of twelfth-grade students applying for high school examinations

The Ministry of Education, in its preparations for high school end-of-year exams, has initiated a process starting today, Sunday the 14th, until Thursday the 25th, focusing on the second-grade control mechanism for the second academic period.
This process involves withdrawing lists of twelfth-grade students applying for high school exams, with school administrations reviewing student records and examination control and student affairs departments in educational regions reviewing lists of twelfth-grade students applying for high school exams through the home system.
It also emphasized the need to compile the following statements into a single spiral file and submit them for approval in the specified order before sending them to the control.
List of students:
- List of students applying for the high school exam.
- Disclosure of discrepancies in English names.
- Identification of inaccuracies in birthplaces.
- Identification of nationality discrepancies.
- Disclosure of exempted students.
- List of students without tenth or eleventh-grade certificates.
- Identification of religious education students without designated denominations.
- List of religious education students without designated foreign languages, with necessary documentation attached for required amendments before issuing seat numbers.
