Ministry adds service on Sahel’ App for social assistance data
The new service, launched by the Ministry of Social Affairs, allows users to check if they have a file related to receiving social assistance.
The Ministry of Social Affairs announced the addition of a new service within the ministry’s offerings on the unified government electronic services application ‘Sahel’, which is to display the data of social assistance beneficiaries.
Ahmed Al-Enzi, the Director of the Public Relations Department and official spokesman for the ministry, stated in a press release on Tuesday that this service allows users to check if they have a file related to receiving social assistance. Users can find this feature in the ‘data’ list within the ‘Sahel’ application.
Al-Enezi explained that adding this service aims to make it easier for visitors and falls within the framework of the ministry’s commitment to supporting the automation of services and digital transformation.
