“Ministries of Interior and Public Works” urge removal of vehicles for road maintenance
The Ministries of Interior and Public Works have called on citizens and residents to relocate their vehicles from road maintenance areas in residential neighborhoods. This request, made on Wednesday, is to ensure that essential maintenance work can proceed efficiently and be completed on schedule.
Moreover, the Ministry of Interior announced in a press statement that, in collaboration with the unified government electronic services application “Sahel”, notifications will be sent to citizens and residents with details about maintenance work sites and relevant alerts.
Additionally, flyers will be distributed to homes, indicating the scheduled maintenance times, enabling everyone to take the necessary actions to remove their vehicles promptly.
The Ministry emphasized that if vehicle owners fail to remove their vehicles from maintenance sites, the competent authorities will proceed with lifting and transporting the vehicles from these areas to ensure the maintenance work can continue without delay.
The Ministry of Public Works emphasized the importance of monitoring notifications sent through the “Sahel” application and other official channels, urging citizens and residents to follow the instructions of the relevant authorities for the benefit of everyone.
In conclusion, the Ministry added that everyone’s cooperation will play a crucial role in speeding up the completion of infrastructure projects and ensuring smooth traffic flow in areas impacted by maintenance work.
