“Minister Al-Mishari” discusses real estate financing for housing care with banks

The Minister of State for Municipal Affairs and Minister of State for Housing Affairs, Abdullatif Al-Mishari, recently held discussions with representatives from the Union of Kuwaiti Banks regarding the draft real estate financing law aimed at those eligible for housing care.
The Foundation stated in a press release on Monday that the meeting focused on discussing the draft real estate financing law and the financial flexibility it offers to those eligible for housing care. The Foundation emphasized that the law is part of a comprehensive vision aimed at addressing the housing issue in a sustainable manner.
Moreover, it was emphasized the government’s relentless efforts and clear commitment to advancing the real estate finance law, as well as improving the overall housing care system.
The meeting was attended by representatives from the Public Institution for Housing Welfare, the Credit Bank, the Ministry of Finance, and the Central Bank of Kuwait.
