The Kuwaiti national fencing team secured a total of six medals in diverse disciplines in the ongoing Arab Fencing Championship, which commenced this Tuesday and is scheduled to run until February 25.
The Kuwaiti team won two gold medals clinched by Badriya Al-Daghishim in the Fluorescent Weapon category and Khalaf Al-Khalaf in the Ebih Weapon (11-year-old category). Additionally, the team earned two silver medals, with Ismail Qasim securing second place in the Fluorescent Weapon category for the 11-year-old age group and Muhammad Sabti achieving silver in the Fluorescent Weapon category for the 13-year-old age group.
