Kuwait, Spain hold sixth round of political consultations
Kuwait and Spain held the sixth round of political consultations in Madrid, reaffirming their commitment to continued coordination, cooperation and the exchange of views on issues of common interest.
The Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Deputy Foreign Minister Ambassador H.E. Hamad Al-Mashaan headed the Kuwaiti delegation, while Spain’s Minister of State for Foreign and Global Affairs, Diego Martinez Bello, led the Spanish side.
The consultations covered a range of issues of mutual interest, as well as ways to strengthen and develop bilateral relations across various fields and expand cooperation between the two friendly countries.
The two sides also discussed the latest developments on the regional and international arenas, stressing the importance of continued coordination and joint efforts in a manner that serves the common interests of Kuwait and Spain.
