Kuwait Restores Normal Airport Operations Following Precautionary Airspace Closure
DGCA announces full resumption of air traffic and flight operations after security conditions improved, while continuing to monitor developments in coordination with relevant authorities.

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) announced on Thursday the return of air traffic in Kuwaiti airspace to normal operations after the conditions that prompted earlier precautionary measures had subsided.
In a statement, the DGCA confirmed that it continues to closely monitor developments around the clock in coordination with relevant authorities within Kuwait and abroad to ensure the highest levels of safety and security for air navigation.
The authority also reported that normal operational activity has resumed at Kuwait International Airport, with flights operating according to approved schedules.
The DGCA said it will maintain continuous monitoring of the situation and conduct immediate assessments of any new developments, taking necessary measures whenever required.
Reaffirming its commitment to passenger safety and the security of air navigation, the Directorate urged travelers and airlines to follow official channels for the latest updates and information.
