Kuwait Naval Force conducts operation ‘Sea Shield’

Combined Task Force (CTF) 152, led by Kuwaiti Naval Forces, with the participation of the Coast Guard, the Ministry of Interior’s Vertical Aviation and a US Navy force, carried out (Sea Shield) focused operation on December 2 and 3 in the northern Arabian Gulf.

The Ministry of Defense said in a press statement on Sunday that ships and aircraft carried out intensive marine survey patrols to maintain security and stability and confront maritime challenges in the region.

The ministry added that the operation aims to raise combat readiness, exchange expertise among participants and train on the latest technologies used in the field of supporting and enhancing maritime security.
