Kuwait issues safety advisory for citizens as typhoon approaches Vietnam
The Embassy of the State of Kuwait in Hanoi on Friday urged Kuwaiti citizens residing in or visiting Vietnam to exercise caution as a tropical depression in the South China Sea is expected to develop into a typhoon affecting several regions of that country.
In a statement, the embassy advised citizens to strictly follow safety instructions and guidance issued by the Vietnamese authorities to ensure their safety during the anticipated severe weather conditions.
