Kuwait holds a respected place on world stage, says Aziz Al-Dehani

The Assistant Foreign Minister for Consular Affairs noted that the diplomatic community extended its congratulations and appreciation to Kuwait on two cherished occasions—the National Day and Liberation Day.

• His Excellency Zubaydullo Zubaydzoda, Dean of the Diplomatic Corps and Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan, affirmed Kuwait’s significance, stating that their initiatives aim to introduce the diplomatic community to Kuwait’s customs, traditions, and cultural events as it prepares to serve as the Arab Capital of Culture in 2035.

This came during his participation in the “Open Family Day,” organized by the Diplomatic Corps Deanship for Diplomatic Missions at the Kuwait Shooting Club. The event was attended by approximately 170 diplomats and their families as part of Kuwait’s national holiday celebrations.

Al-Daihani emphasized the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ commitment to engaging with the diplomatic corps accredited to the country. He noted that the diplomatic community extended its congratulations and appreciation to Kuwait on two cherished occasions—the National Day and Liberation Day.

He also expressed his appreciation for the initiative led by the Deanship of the Diplomatic Corps, highlighting that it reflects Kuwait’s esteemed status and underscores the global nature of its celebrations.

Regarding the working hours of the consular administration during Ramadan, Al-Daihani stated, “The Civil Service Bureau has announced the working hours for the holy month. As part of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we serve as a window for citizens and residents, operating both in the morning and in the evening after Iftar.”
