Kuwait, El Salvador sign mutual visa waiver agreement for official passports
Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah signed Friday a bilateral visa exemption agreement with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of El Salvador, Alexandra Hill Tinoco, waiving entry visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, special, and official passports.
The signing took place at the headquarters of the Permanent Mission of the State of Kuwait to the United Nations in New York, on the sidelines of the High-Level Week of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the meeting involved a comprehensive review of bilateral relations between Kuwait and El Salvador, exploring avenues to bolster joint cooperation across multiple sectors, alongside an exchange of views on regional and international developments.
