‘Justice Ministry’ reports 489 properties traded at 333 million dinars in November

Statistics from the Real Estate Registration and Documentation Department at the Ministry of Justice revealed that, 489 real estate contracts were traded in the country with a total value of 333 million dinars during November.

The statistics published on the Ministry’s website showed that private real estate contracts came in first with 362 properties worth 143.5 million dinars, followed by investment real estate with 114 properties worth, 116.4 million.

The Ministry stated that real estate contracts traded in the commercial sector amounted to three properties worth 62 million dinars. Additionally, there were seven contracts for craft real estate worth 8.6 million dinars, and three contracts for properties in the coastal strip worth, 2.5 million dinars.

Regarding the distribution of real estate contracts traded across the governorates, the statistics showed that the Ahmadi Governorate ranked first in terms of the number of registered contracts with 205 contracts.

This was followed by the Hawalli Governorate with 93 contracts, the Capital Governorate with 62 contracts, Farwaniya with 58 contracts, Jahra with 35 contracts, and Mubarak Al-Kabeer with 33 contracts.
