On the blessed occasion of Eid Al-Adha, I extend my warmest congratulations and sincere best wishes to HH the Amir of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, to HH the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, to the government, and to the people of Kuwait.
May this sacred celebration bring peace and unity, as well as continued progress and prosperity, in these very challenging times
