In ongoing security crackdown in Jleeb: 301 arrested, 249 deported

The Criminal Security Sector of the Farwaniya Governorate Investigations Department in cooperation with all relevant state bodies, carried out a series of coordinated raids targeting lawbreakers across various domains in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh.

The intensive raids happen upon direct instructions from Acting Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Yousef Saud Al-Sabah, who has personally launched these campaigns with full force, reports Al-Jarida daily.

During the latest campaign 301 suspects have been arrested; 249 individuals deported, 52 wanted persons arrested and 191 criminals have been referred to the concerned authority.

Moreover, the Environment Public Authority has issued 78 citations; the Kuwait Municipality 495 and the Kuwait Fire Force issued 238 closure notices; cut 121 electrical cables; disconnected power to 130 homes; investigated 152 residency violations with the Municipality addressed 30 sewage spill sites.

The Ministry of Interior confirmed that these campaigns will continue daily, reinforcing Kuwait’s commitment to upholding the law, preserving public safety, and restoring order in areas with concentrated violations.
