Hostile Drones Strike Kuwait Airport Terminal, Causing Damage and Injuries
Kuwait’s Ministry of Defense announced that a number of hostile drones targeted Terminal One (T1) at Kuwait International Airport on Wednesday as a result of what it described as Iranian aggression, causing significant material damage to the passenger terminal and injuring several individuals.
Official Ministry of Defense spokesperson Brig. Gen. Saud Abdulaziz Al-Otaibi said those injured received the necessary medical treatment and care.
Al-Otaibi affirmed that the Kuwaiti Armed Forces are closely monitoring the situation in coordination with the relevant authorities and remain on full alert to address any developments.
He stressed that all necessary measures are being taken to safeguard the country’s security and stability, emphasizing the armed forces’ readiness to respond to any potential threats.
