Gold and Jewelry Exhibition opens at the Mishref Fairgrounds

Today the Kuwait International Fair Company organizes the 20th International Gold and Jewelry Exhibition at the Mishref Fairgrounds exclusively sponsored by the Burgan Bank and will run until December 18.

Basma Al-Dahim, the Executive Director of the Marketing and Sales Sector at the Kuwait International Fair Company, highlighted the significance of the “International Gold and Jewelry Exhibition” as one of the most prestigious annual specialized jewelry exhibitions in the Middle East, reports Al-Anba daily.

The exhibition provides a platform for entrepreneurs and designers to showcase the latest designs of diamonds, gold, silver, precious metals, gemstones, and pearls.

The event, taking place in Hall No. 4 over an expansive 10,000 square meters, will host over 200 exhibitors from various countries, including Kuwait, Bahrain, the Emirates, Qatar, Lebanon, Italy, the United States of America, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, and India.

This diverse participation aims to facilitate local and global business expansion for the exhibitors.

Al-Dahim emphasized that the exhibition is an opportunity for healthy competition among participants, enabling them to present a wide array of distinctive offers to cater to the preferences of visitors who have a penchant for gold, silver, jewelry, and precious stones.

Anticipating over 50,000 visitors during the event, the exhibition will be supported by a comprehensive media and advertising campaign across various outlets, including social media.

The Kuwait International Fair Company is committed to ensuring the success of this event and others, with collaborative efforts from the General Administration of Customs and the Ministry of Commerce to streamline purchasing operations.

Acknowledging the General Administration of Customs’ initiative to transform the exhibition hall into a customs warehouse for the sale of gold, Al-Dahim also commended the Precious Metals Department in the Ministry of Trade and Industry for its regulatory role.
