Four bootleggers arrested, contraband seized

The ongoing security surveillance conducted by the General Administration of Residence Affairs Investigations, through the Violators Follow-up Department, has led to the arrest of four Asians who were involved in bootlegging activities.

The Al-Jarida daily said the suspects were caught in possession of 805 bottles of booze ready for sale.

The daily added, the hideout of the suspects was raided after getting permission from the Public Prosecution.

The suspects, along with the confiscated items, are now being referred to the appropriate authorities for the implementation of necessary legal measures against them.
