“Education Minister” Accelerating work, holding negligent accountable, and rewarding excellence
Today, Thursday, The Minister of Education, Dr. Jalal Al-Tabtabaei held an expanded meeting with newly appointed Assistant Undersecretaries and Directors of educational districts to discuss preparations for the upcoming first-term exams for the, 2024-2025 academic year.
Al-Tabtabaei expressed confidence in educational leaders’ ability to achieve the desired goals, emphasizing that holding negligent individuals accountable and rewarding distinguished ones will be key to ensuring commitment and motivating excellence.
Furthermore, Al-Tabtabaei discussed the Ministry’s future plans, including improving school infrastructure and providing modern educational tools. He stressed that these efforts are part of a comprehensive strategy aimed at achieving a qualitative shift in improvement of education in Kuwait.
Al-Tabtabaei emphasized the need to accelerate work and address the current stage’s requirements seriously, while fostering development ideas to enhance performance efficiency and productivity.
Importantly, Al-Tabtabaei stressed the importance of unity and teamwork, highlighting that doubling efforts and commitment to assigned tasks is the best way to overcome challenges in the educational process and achieve the desired goals.
