Deputy Chief of Staff inspects Amiri Guard’s preparations for Gulf Summit Security
The Deputy Chief of Staff of the Army, Major General Pilot Sabah Jaber Al-Ahmad, inspected the Amiri Guard today, Thursday, to review preparations and arrangements for securing the 45th Gulf Cooperation Council Summit.
In a press statement, the Deputy Chief of Staff praised the Amiri Guard’s efforts, appreciating their dedication to securing the Gulf Summit, which demands vigilance and teamwork.
The Deputy Chief, General Al-Ahmad stated that the Amiri Guard is a key pillar in securing and protecting the guests of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled.
During the visit, the Deputy Chief received a detailed briefing on the Amiri Guard’s plans to secure the GCC Summit, emphasizing top-level security and full coordination with military and security agencies to ensure seamless efforts.
The Deputy Chief, also toured the summit security teams, reviewed equipment and preparations, and observed a field display by the Amiri Guard units.
