DU Digital Global to Manage Indian Consular Services Across Kuwait from July 1
Indian expatriates in Kuwait will soon benefit from expanded and more accessible consular services as DU Digital Global assumes responsibility for operating the Indian Consular Application Centre (ICAC) network in the country from July 1, 2026, under the authorization of the Embassy of India in Kuwait.
The transition marks a significant enhancement in the delivery of passport, visa, attestation, OCI, and other consular services for Kuwait’s large Indian community, which remains one of the country’s largest expatriate populations.
To improve accessibility and reduce travel time for applicants, DU Digital Global will operate four ICAC centers strategically located across Kuwait — in Kuwait City, Fahaheel, Dajeej, and Jahra. The expanded network is expected to provide wider geographic coverage and greater convenience for residents seeking consular assistance.
According to the company, the new centers will integrate digital solutions, streamlined application processes, and dedicated customer support services aimed at creating a faster and more transparent experience for applicants.
The move follows DU Digital Global’s successful management of Indian consular service centers in other countries, including South Korea and Thailand. The company said its Kuwait operations reflect its continued commitment to supporting diplomatic missions through technology-driven citizen services.
Indian nationals are advised that existing service providers will continue handling applications until June 30, after which all new consular applications will be processed through the DU Digital Global-operated ICAC centers beginning July 1.
The development underscores ongoing efforts by the Embassy of India in Kuwait to enhance service delivery and ensure easier access to essential consular services for the Indian community across all regions of the country.
