DU Digital Global to take over ICAC operations in Kuwait from July 1

DU Digital Global AG has announced that it will assume the management and operations of the Indian Consular Application Centre (ICAC) in Kuwait effective July 1, 2026, marking a significant expansion of the company’s global consular services network.

The move follows the company’s successful management of Indian consular service operations in South Korea and Thailand, further strengthening its role in facilitating visa, mobility, and consular solutions for Indian communities abroad.

Under the new arrangement, DU Digital Global AG will oversee the delivery of a wide range of essential consular services for Indian nationals and applicants in Kuwait. These services will include passport applications and renewals, Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) processing, document attestation services, Overseas Citizen of India (OCI)-related services, visa services, and other consular applications.

The company stated that the transition reflects its continued commitment to enhancing accessibility, efficiency, and customer experience in consular service delivery.

To ensure convenient access for applicants across the country, ICAC services will be available through multiple service centres.

The main centre will operate in Kuwait City at Al-Jawhara Tower, Qibla, while additional centres will be located in Fahaheel and Al-Dajeej. A fourth centre in Al-Jahra is expected to open, with its exact location to be announced at a later date.

The Kuwait City centre is situated on the first floor of Al-Jawhara Tower, Salem Al-Mubarak Street, Qibla, Block 11, Plot 11. The Fahaheel branch is located on the third floor of Sama Mall, formerly known as Remal Mall, while the Al-Dajeej branch will operate from Waha Mall on the ground floor.
DU Digital Global AG indicated that further details regarding appointments, service procedures, and operational updates will be announced in the coming weeks ahead of the official launch.

The company described the development as an important milestone in its mission to simplify global mobility and consular services, while supporting the growing needs of the Indian diaspora in Kuwait.
