Deanship announces partial course withdrawal, certificate distribution dates

The Deanship of Admission and Registration at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training has said the partial withdrawal from academic courses for college students enrolled in the second semester of 2023-2024 is from Feb 27 to March 4, saying students can make partial withdrawals electronically.

However, it’s important to note that according to the commission’s registration regulations, students must maintain a minimum of 12 academic units after withdrawal, reports Al-Jarida daily.

In a related announcement, the Deanship also disclosed the schedule for distributing certificates to female graduates of the College of Technological Studies across all specializations. The distribution will take place today and tomorrow, from 9 am to 12:30 noon.

For male graduates in specific technological fields such as powertrain, refrigeration and air conditioning, petroleum engineering, chemical engineering, laboratories, manufacturing, and welding, certificate distribution will commence tomorrow at Hall No. 7 in Adailiya. Distribution for other specializations will follow the next day.

The College of Health Sciences will distribute certificates over the course of two days, tomorrow and the day after, at the college’s registration department.

Furthermore, the Deanship informed that certificate distribution for graduates of the College of Business Studies, for both genders and all majors, will continue until the day after tomorrow, from 9 am to 12:30 pm.
Lastly, graduates of the College of Nursing can collect their certificates until noon today at the college’s registration department.
