Kuwait, Tunisia discuss strengthening military cooperation

Chief of the General Staff of the Kuwaiti Army, Lieutenant General Khaled Al-Shuraiaan, received the Ambassador of Tunisia to Kuwait, Mohamed Karim Al-Boudali, during a meeting focused on enhancing bilateral military relations between the two countries.
According to a statement issued by the Kuwaiti Army on Tuesday, discussions centered on topics of mutual interest and ways to further develop military cooperation and coordination between Kuwait and Tunisia. The meeting reflects the strong ties and longstanding relations shared by the two brotherly nations.
The talks also explored opportunities to strengthen defense collaboration and expand cooperation in areas related to military affairs, in line with the shared interests of both countries.
The Tunisian military attaché to Kuwait attended the meeting alongside senior officials, underscoring the importance both sides place on continued military and diplomatic coordination, local Arabic media reports.
Kuwait and Tunisia maintain close relations across several sectors, including defense, diplomacy, and regional cooperation, with both countries regularly exchanging visits and consultations aimed at reinforcing bilateral partnerships.
