Boursa Kuwait announces supplementary disclosure by Agility (Makhazen) on legal case

Boursa Kuwait has announced a supplementary disclosure submitted by Agility Public Warehousing Company (Makhazen) concerning developments related to an ongoing legal case involving one of its operational sites.
In continuation of its previous disclosure dated 10 May 2026, Agility Public Warehousing Company (Makhazen) stated that, pursuant to an order issued by the General Department of Execution in relation to the enforcement of Judgment No. 19 of 2023 (Commercial Civil Government/9), the company was vacated from the Mina Abdullah site, subject to Contract No. (208), as of 9 June 2026.
The company clarified that, while the site has been vacated, the Public Authority for Industry, working in coordination with the General Department of Execution, has not yet handed over the company’s equipment, assets, and other property remaining at the site.
Agility Public Warehousing Company (Makhazen) affirmed that it will continue to preserve all its legal rights and pursue the necessary legal actions to defend its interests and those of its shareholders, reports Al-Anba daily.
The company further disclosed that this development is expected to have a material impact on its financial results, noting that the Mina Abdullah site generated approximately KWD 17 million in annual revenues and covered an area of around 1.6 million square meters.
