Kuwait Airways expands T4 operations with 13 new destinations

Network grows to 29 routes as phase two launches on May 3

Kuwait Airways has announced the resumption of operations from Kuwait International Airport’s Terminal 4 (T4), marking a significant expansion under the second phase of its gradual operational rollout.

Effective Sunday, May 3, 2026, the national carrier will add 13 new destinations to its network, bringing the total number of resumed routes to 29.

The move reflects the airline’s continued efforts to enhance connectivity and restore its full operational capacity through a phased approach.

In a statement, Kuwait Airways confirmed that the latest expansion forms part of Phase 2 of its strategic plan, aimed at strengthening its international presence and meeting growing passenger demand across key global markets.

The following are the destinations London, Paris, Dubai, Madrid, Milan, Bangkok, Istanbul, Jeddah, Riyadh, Doha, Bahrain, Sabiha Gökçen Airport, Cairo, Beirut, Amman, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kochi, Trivandrum, Islamabad, Dhaka, Manila, Colombo, Bangalore, Guangzhou, Ahmedabad, Sohag, and Casablanca.

Kuwait Airways noted that the addition of these destinations underscores its commitment to providing broader travel options and improving operational efficiency through Terminal 4, positioning the airline for further growth in the coming phases.
