TEF Kuwait hosts Vibrant Women Winter Carnival promoting empowerment and well-being
The Tamilnadu Engineers Forum (TEF) – Kuwait hosted its Women Winter Carnival 2026 at Boulevard Park, Salmiya, bringing together TEF women members for a vibrant day of empowerment, learning, and celebration.
The event created a dynamic platform focused on women’s growth, health, and financial awareness, featuring insightful sessions by distinguished speakers.
Mrs. Lalitha Thamaraipandy led a session titled “Women and Wealth: Unlock the Power of Mutual Funds,” where she guided participants on financial planning and investment literacy, encouraging women to take confident steps toward financial independence.
Addressing women’s physical health, Mrs. Dhivyadharshini delivered an engaging talk, “Strong from Within: Pelvic Health for Every Woman,” highlighting the importance of pelvic care and overall well-being.
The focus on holistic wellness continued with Mrs. Shilpa Sharma Tyagi, who spoke on “Mental & Physical Health,” offering valuable insights into maintaining balance, resilience, and self-care in daily life.
Adding a festive and inspiring dimension to the carnival, Rise & Shine Expo stalls showcased the creativity and enterprise of women entrepreneurs. Participants displayed a variety of products and services, reflecting the entrepreneurial spirit and talent within the TEF community.
The carnival atmosphere was further enriched with fun-filled games, the lively Women’s Jackpot Jam, a creative Reel It Up Corner, and the welcoming Her Luncheon & Snacks Corner, creating opportunities for networking, relaxation, and shared enjoyment.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation and strengthened bonds among members, reinforcing TEF Kuwait’s commitment to empowering women through knowledge, opportunity, and community engagement.
