Kuwait recognized as leading force in empowering inventors

Zubaidullah Zubaidov, Dean of the Diplomatic Corps and ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan, underscores the importance of enhancing international cooperation in the fields of innovation, invention, and AI.

The 14th Kuwait International Exhibition of Inventions in the Middle East featured participation from over 40 Arab and foreign countries.

• The exhibition provided a valuable opportunity to meet inventors from Kuwait, as well as from various Arab and foreign countries.

Zubaidullah Zubaidov, Dean of the Diplomatic Corps and ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan, underscored the importance of enhancing international cooperation in the fields of innovation, invention, and artificial intelligence (AI). He lauded Kuwait as a pioneer in supporting inventors and nurturing innovative young talents.

Zabidov’s statement was made during a press briefing on the sidelines of his attendance at the closing ceremony of the 14th session of the Kuwait International Exhibition of Inventions in the Middle East, which saw the participation of over 40 Arab and foreign countries.

He underscored the imperative of cultivating a culture of creativity among the youth, urging them to take initiative and fostering an environment that encourages innovation. He emphasized the importance of providing them with the necessary resources to unleash their creativity and inventive spirit, and to advance them scientifically and professionally by involving them in the development of plans and research centers, leveraging their capabilities and abilities.

He also stressed the significance of embracing their inventions and facilitating their transformation into products and promoting them locally and internationally.

He pointed out that this is Tajikistan’s second participation in this scientific event this year, with 10 participants, including inventors and innovators from various scientific fields, highlighting that his country’s first participation was last year with three contestants.

Zabidov hailed the initiative of the Kuwaiti Science Club to organize this annual international exhibition, which is highly popular throughout the region. He considers this exhibition a valuable opportunity to encourage Kuwaiti, Arab, and foreign youth to showcase their scientific and practical talents, creativity, and learn about the latest developments in modern technology.

Zabidov expressed his gratitude to His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, for his generous sponsorship of this exhibition, which played a significant role in its continuity and success. He also thanked all those responsible for the event for their efforts in ensuring its success and reaching this international level.

In turn, inventor Mevlude Dulat Mammadova from Tajikistan expressed her happiness at participating in this exhibition. She praised the significant role played by the Science Club in embracing inventors and innovators, supporting their inventions, and developing their capabilities.

She highlighted that this exhibition provided a valuable opportunity to meet inventors from Kuwait, as well as from various Arab and foreign countries, facilitating the exchange of cultures and experiences among them.
