Kuwait signs 20.6-million-dinar contract to build 10 public buildings in Al-Mutlaa

The Public Authority for Housing Welfare has signed a contract worth 20,619,385 dinars to construct ten public buildings in Al-Mutlaa Residential City, with a completion target of 900 days. The project aims to provide essential services and infrastructure to residents of the suburb center (N5).
Engineer Rashid Al-Enezi, Acting Director General of the Authority, confirmed that the contract covers the construction, completion, and maintenance of a variety of public facilities, reports Al-Rai daily.
These include the main central market, the primary health and ambulance center, a police station, the citizen services building, the municipality building, the post office, the social services building, the community development center, and the Ministry of Commerce and Industry building.
In addition, the contract encompasses the construction of commercial shops, three electrical substations, and the implementation of all necessary service and infrastructure works in the N5 district center.
The initiative forms part of Kuwait’s broader plan to expand public services and enhance infrastructure in new residential areas.
