EPA cracks down on violations in Mina Abdullah
The Environment Public Authority (EPA) carried out an extensive inspection campaign in Mina Abdullah, in coordination with the Ministry of Interior, Kuwait Municipality, and the Kuwait Fire Force.
The initiative reflects the Authority’s ongoing commitment to strengthening field surveillance and curbing environmental violations.
The campaign led to the issuance of two citations in accordance with Articles 40 and 41 of the Environmental Protection Law of 2014 and its 2015 amendments.
Officials emphasized that the joint operation reaffirms the determination of all concerned authorities to safeguard public order and prevent harmful environmental practices.
By taking necessary legal measures and enforcing regulations, the agencies aim to ensure a safe and healthy environment for the community.
