The Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) has launched the “Report Me” service through Kuwait’s unified government application “Sahel”, allowing citizens and residents to report labor law violations electronically.
The new service is part of PAM’s efforts to strengthen labor market oversight, promote compliance with employment regulations and protect the rights of both workers and employers.
Under the service, users can easily identify and report suspected violations by documenting them with photographs and submitting the details through the Sahel application.
Users can also follow up on the status of their reports and monitor the actions taken by the relevant authorities.
PAM said the service operates under the slogan “Because your report makes a difference,” highlighting the role of public participation in helping authorities detect violations and maintain a fair working environment.
The authority explained that the digital reporting system is designed to simplify procedures, speed up responses to complaints and improve communication between the public and government agencies.
PAM added that the launch of “Report Me” supports efforts to reduce labor law violations and strengthen adherence to regulations governing Kuwait’s labor market.
