His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Al-Abdullah Al-Sabah patronized Sunday morning the graduation ceremony for the 10th and 11th batches of its trainees at the Saud Al-Nasser Al-Sabah Kuwaiti Diplomatic Institute.

The ceremony was attended by His Excellency Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya, Minister of Foreign Affairs; His Excellency Deputy Foreign Minister Ambassador Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah; as well as senior officials from the Prime Minister’s Office, members of the Institute’s Board of Directors, and high-ranking officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In his address, Assistant Foreign Minister for the Saud Al-Nasser Al-Sabah Diplomatic Institute, Ambassador Nasser Subaih Al-Subaih, emphasized that “diplomatic work today is no longer purely political, but requires deep understanding and conscious engagement with a wide range of global issues such as climate change, global health, food security, sustainable development, artificial intelligence, and human rights — all of which have become integral to the daily diplomatic agenda in an ever-changing and fast-paced world.”

He added that “the Institute’s contributions have gone beyond training and developing the skills of Foreign Ministry staff to include building the capacities of state leaders, in accordance with the esteemed directives of the Council of Ministers.”

On behalf of the graduates, Diplomatic Attaché Mohammed Nabeel Al-Shuraida delivered a heartfelt speech, saying: “We pledge to give our best and make utmost efforts and affirm that personal inclinations and individual interests will never guide us.

“Our goals, ambitions, and motivations are united under the colors of Kuwait’s flag. We have sworn to safeguard its secrets and serve its interests for as long as we live.”

The ceremony also featured a visual presentation highlighting key milestones of the “Tamouh” program and the journey of trainees, followed by the presentation of commemorative shields to His Highness the Prime Minister by the Saud Al-Nasser Al-Sabah Diplomatic Institute family and Warba Bank, the event’s sponsor.
The event concluded with group photographs of His Highness the Prime Minister alongside the graduates, the Institute’s faculty, and board members in a celebratory atmosphere that reflected pride in the achievements of Kuwaiti youth.
At the end of the ceremony, His Highness the Prime Minister honored the graduates of the 10th and 11th batches of the Saud Al-Nasser Al-Sabah Kuwaiti Diplomatic Institute.
