H. H. the Amir praises Saudi rulers, hopes for greater advancement

Saudi Arabia’s Interior Minister, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud, conveyed to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince, along with their wishes for his good health and for Kuwait’s continued progress and prosperity.

• The discussions between Saudi Arabia and Kuwait fall within the framework of both leaderships’ keenness to consolidate close cooperation and expand partnership prospects, reflecting the depth of historical ties and contributing to joint Gulf efforts to confront challenges and strengthen security and stability in the region.

• The two sides reaffirmed the strength of fraternal ties between Kuwait and Saudi Arabia and their shared commitment to advancing security integration and intensifying coordination on various issues, in a way that serves their common interests and promotes stability for both peoples.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah conveyed warm greetings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman, wishing them good health and continued well-being. He also prayed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its people achieve greater progress and prosperity under their wise leadership, Al Jarida newspaper reported.

This came during His Highness’s reception, in the presence of First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef, of Saudi Interior Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud and his accompanying delegation on the occasion of their visit to Kuwait.

Prince Abdulaziz conveyed to His Highness the greetings and appreciation of King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, along with their wishes for his good health and for the Kuwaiti people further advancement and prosperity.

For his part, during his reception of Bin Saud the night before last, Al-Yousef praised the depth of the fraternal and historical relations between Kuwait and the Kingdom, expressing appreciation for the ongoing coordination between the two countries’ interior ministries, which contributes to enhancing security and stability.

As part of the visit, the First Deputy Prime Minister held an official meeting with the Saudi guest at the Ministry of Interior headquarters. The meeting addressed several issues of mutual interest, explored ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation in various security fields, and discussed mechanisms for coordinating joint efforts to address regional and international challenges, thereby bolstering the security and stability of both countries and the region.

During the meeting, the two sides reaffirmed the strength of fraternal ties between Kuwait and Saudi Arabia and their shared commitment to advancing security integration and intensifying coordination on various issues, in a way that serves their common interests and promotes stability for both peoples.

On the sidelines of the talks, Bin Saud received a briefing from the Criminal Security Sector about its work mechanisms and viewed a special exhibition prepared for the visit, highlighting the sector’s most notable achievements.

These discussions fall within the framework of both leaderships’ keenness to consolidate close cooperation and expand partnership prospects, reflecting the depth of historical ties and contributing to joint Gulf efforts to confront challenges and strengthen security and stability in the region.
