London ‘accused of complicity in genocide’ after alleged 600 recon flights over Gaza: Declassified

American and British spy planes carried out sorties over the Gaza Strip on behalf of Tel Aviv, as part of the targeting of the Palestinian enclave, which has been facing a fierce Israeli war for 22 months.
The website added that some of these sorties, which originate from a British base in Cyprus, flew near the Nuseirat refugee camp before and during a massacre carried out by the Israeli occupation last December, as well as over the course of two weeks prior to a previous massacre in June of last year.
A recent report by Declassified, a website specializing in British politics and intelligence, renews accusations that London is complicit in genocide by supporting Israel in its war on the Gaza Strip.
The report details a reconnaissance flight launched from a British base in Cyprus over the Nuseirat refugee camp just the night before an Israeli massacre that left 30 dead on December 12.
Two surveillance aircraft, one belonging to the American company Street Flight Nevada, a Beechcraft Super King Air 350, flew over the British base the night before the bombing and flew for 20 minutes.
While the other plane, a British Shadow R1, flew in the afternoon of the same day of the bombing, and at the same time as the bombing, it was stationed off the coast of Gaza for about half an hour and continued to fly near Gaza less than an hour after the bombing ended.
The British authorities did not disclose the nature of the information exchanged with the occupation on that day or any other day, and only confirmed that their sorties were part of the search for Israeli prisoners.
Since the start of the war, Britain has carried out more than 600 reconnaissance flights over the Gaza Strip, according to analysis by the London-based organization Action on Armed Violence.
The December 12 massacre in Nuseirat was not the only one preceded by British sorties, according to Declassified. The occupation also attacked the Nuseirat camp on June 8, 2024, under the pretext of seeking to free four Israeli prisoners. The attack resulted in a massive massacre in which more than 270 Palestinian martyrs were killed.
Declassified says that the two weeks prior to the bombing saw the British Air Force carry out 24 sorties over or near Gaza.
