U.S. President Donald Trump emphasized the importance of expanding the Abraham Accords to include all Middle Eastern nations, claiming that doing so would guarantee peace in the region.
In a social media post today, Trump stated, “Now that Iran’s nuclear arsenal has been completely destroyed, it is very important to me that all nations of the Middle East join the Abraham Accords.”
The Abraham Accords, initiated during Trump’s presidency, normalized diplomatic relations between Israel and several Arab nations, including the UAE, Bahrain, Sudan, and Morocco.
Trump has consistently framed the initiative as a cornerstone of his Middle East policy and a pathway to long-term regional stability.
His latest comments come amid renewed diplomatic efforts and heightened attention on Iran’s nuclear status, though his claim regarding the destruction of Iran’s nuclear arsenal has not been independently verified.
