Kuwait Customs foils attempt to smuggle medicines via Abdali border

The General Administration of Customs announced that it had thwarted an attempt to smuggle a significant quantity of medicines out of the country through the Abdali Customs Department.

Inspectors at the Abdali border crossing grew suspicious of a shipment being transported out of the country and following a thorough inspection, they found six large boxes containing 1,837 packages of various types of medications.

The shipment was immediately seized, and the confiscated items were handed over to the Ministry of Health for further action.
