MOJ launches new enforcement notifications via Sahel App

The Ministry of Justice has introduced two new electronic notifications under the General Department of Enforcement through the “Sahel” unified government services app, as part of its ongoing digital transformation strategy.

The newly launched features are ‘Notice of Disbursement of Amount’, and ‘Notice of Deposit of Amount’.

In a statement, the Ministry said the ‘Disbursement of Amount’ notification enables users to track the status of their disbursement request; receive confirmation if the amount has been transferred to their bank account and understand reasons for rejection, if applicable, report Al-Rai daily.

The “Deposit of Amount” notification, on the other hand, informs depositors when they are required to make a payment into a specific enforcement file. The notification includes a secure payment link within the app for ease of use.

The Ministry reaffirmed its commitment to facilitating judicial processes, improving access for litigants, and enhancing service delivery through smart digital platforms such as “Sahel.”

This initiative reflects broader efforts to modernize public services in Kuwait, increase efficiency, and ensure transparency across legal and administrative procedures.
